Wings Ministry is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to sharing the transformative power of Jesus’ unconditional love. As an ordained minister and graduate of Brunswick Bible College with a Doctorate in Theology, Missy uses her God-given gifts in music and teaching to inspire and uplift men, women, and youth.

After much prayer and conversation with the Lord, WINGS was born: Working In God's Service and has operated as such since 2007.
Through powerful messages and community outreach, Wings Ministry helps individuals find balance, purpose, and hope through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Join us to experience the life-changing love of God and discover how He can bring true peace and empowerment to your life.
Our goal at Wings is to see the broken mended, lives saved, the sick healed, restoration, and equipping the people for God's Service. Our ministry will serve as a ground where women, men, and children can come together for teaching, training and transformation. We want to see lives changed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Meet Dr. Missy Settlemyre
Founder of Wings Ministries
Missy is the heart behind Wings Ministry, a mission-driven organization dedicated to sharing the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. As a wife to Billy, mother of two sons, daughter, and the youngest of five siblings, Missy deeply understands the challenges of finding balance in life. She knows that true balance and peace can only be found through a relationship with Jesus.

Missy’s journey of faith has been shaped by a diverse range of roles, including Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, co-owner of a women’s boutique, NC recording artist, Youth Pastor, mentee with the International Mentoring Institute, Doctor of Theology from Brunswick Bible College and graduate-level theology teacher. Each experience strengthened her faith and prepared her for a greater calling: leading Wings Ministries to impact her local community and beyond with the love of Christ.

Now, as an ordained minister and an anointed woman of God, Missy combines her gifts of music and teaching to inspire others. Through Wings Ministry, she invites men, women, and youth to experience the transformative power of Christ’s love, empowering them to find lasting balance and purpose in their lives.
Billy, Missy’s devoted husband of 30 years, has been her steadfast partner in life and faith, supporting her as she fulfills her calling to share God’s love and healing through Wings Ministry. Billy and Missy have shared a life rooted in faith alongside their two sons, Nicholas and Brandon. Through Wings Ministry, Missy passionately shares the message that God’s love and healing are available to everyone. Over the past 24 years, Missy and Billy have been dedicated to teaching individuals how to embrace God’s healing power through His Word.
Wings Ministry exists to encourage, equip, and empower people to step into their God-given purpose and live lives that impact His kingdom. Missy’s own story is a testament to the power of faith, as she experienced a miraculous healing from congestive heart failure 27 years ago—a reminder that miracles, signs, and wonders continue to happen today.
